Jetson AGX ORIN developer kit flash failure

Hello

As I installed and removed files on ORIN kit, it is crushed.
Now OS is not properly booted at all.
So, I am trying to reflash via SDKmanager(Install Jetson Software with SDK Manager :: NVIDIA SDK Manager Documentation), but it failed.

Host is Ubunto 20.04. What I am trying to reflash is Jetpack 5.1
Host can not recognize ORIN unless it is in force recovery mode.
Therefore, only option is manual setup.
I tried to reflash with all options.
OEM Configuration : Pre-config/Runtime
Storage Device : EMMC, USB
but it failed all the time with the below log

Please let me know how to reflash successfully.

delete all the NV files from disk, you could see nvidia DIR which downloaded by sdkm.

if you flash devkit, you must let kit enter rcm mode.
with lsusb could you see “NVIDIA” info? if true, you should see the devkit in the UI automatically be selected to Orin.
if automatically selected to Orin you can start to flash step by step in sdkmanager.

First, I can see NVIDIA info with lsusb and I can see devkit in the UI automatically be selected to Orin, which means kit enter rcm mode. The issue occurs when I started to flash.

Second, I do not understand “delete all the NV files from disk, you could see nvidia DIR which downloaded by sdkm.”
Please let me know in detail.

I flashed dev kit with Ubuntu 18.04.

I tried with 3 Jetsons and 3 different laptops with 20.04
Only by following this (Jetson AGX Orin Flashing Issues) I was able to get them reflashed. Could you please check what might be the problem?

Ubuntu20.04 should work

1:could you try another usb cable?
2:do you test on native host not in vm?, native ubuntu expected
3:delete all the NV files from disk, means nvidia DIR will be created in /home/your name directory
