Mgbe1_0 210BaseT interface is not giving transfer speed 10gbps, file transfer from linux 20.4 host gives less than2gbps

I am trying to connect mgb1_0 port to external 10G interface on QNAP NAS using CAT8 cable with static IP configured using ifconfig command and MTU size 9000. file transfer is only showing 2gbps speed.

Do i need to upgrade any switch firmware or any driver. Help please.

Could you share the verification steps and ifconfig , sudo ethtool mgbe1_0 output on target?

verification step

  1. Connected QNAP NAS server with 10GBaseT with CAT8 cable. large file transfer and system console shows 250MB/S data transfer.
