Sdk manager: no disk space but space is available

I am using the latest sdk manager (v1.1.0-6343)

I have mounted a hard disk to my home directory and it has available space of 243GB.
from df -h:
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sdb4 473G 208G 243G 47% /home

However the sdkmanager GUI complains:

There is not enough disk space to install the selected SDK.

Please select a different install folder or clear disc space and try again.

I have a separate disk for home and root. Not sure if this causes a problem? Is there a way to flash the PX2 without the space check?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Linn

Dear @mpechon,
Could you double check the installation path and downloads path in sdkmanager gui. Please double check available space.

Dear Siva,

Thank you for your reply. Yes I have checked that the install location is in /home/…/nvidia/nvidia_sdk with more than 200GB space and the downloads is to /media/…/… with more than 100GB space.

Dear @mpechon,
I am closing this topic as you managed to install from cli. Let us know if you have any issue
