"Warning: testkey is used" at boot (Jetpack 5.1.1)

Hello,

i have the same problem as described in "Test Key is used" can be removed? - Obviously this bug spreads across Jetpack versions and has not been addressed so far.

It is impossible to put together a professional looking solution this way despite using professional grade hardware. Is Nvidia serious about ignoring this issue?

Jetpack 5.1.1
Jetson Xavier NX (production version)
installed to NVMe via latest SDKmanager

does your system still boots normally, but it just causes too much time?
Or it boots in reasonable time with the warning message?
