Access to APT repository error, in terminal works fine

Hi all,
I tried to install jetPack 4.5.1 and the get the error in the image, if I try the same command in the terminal it works great.
What am I supposed to do?

When you first run SDK Manager there is a login option. The default is for partners, which is different than for developing on the Jetsons. It isn’t obvious, but you can change to select the correct dev program instead of partners. Were you using the default partners login? Then it would fail and not be authorized. Otherwise, if using the correct dev login, then there is probably a web error.

Can you log in manually via a browser to the first URL, and then see what happens if you enter the second URL? If you were to instead use something like wget on that second URL, which does not share login with the browser, then it would be expected to get a 401 authorization error.

Hi,
So for login I’m using the dev program not the partner.
I logged in manually via a browser to the first URL and after I entered the second URL it started downloading the file.
wget on the second URL returns the expected 401 authorization error.
So it seems that the download outside of the sdkmanager is working.

This is correct. wget fails because it hasn’t authenticated with the dev program password. The regular browser works because of the password. SDKM actually uses a separate web browser to perform the authentication, and then the authentication is shared with SDKM. If JetPack/SDKM fails to use the external browser, or if the external browser fails to share authentication with SDKM, then SDKM will also fail in the same manner as wget fails. An example of a possible source of issues might be some sort of javascript blocker on the browser which SDKM uses.
