AGX Orin Dev Kit boot Differs from Getting Started

I follow the steps instructions Getting Started with Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit
My dev Kit AGX Orin 32GB H01 has differences from the one shown Getting Started.

I use Initial setup in a headless configuration
in putty see:

Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS nvidia-desktop ttyGS0
nvidia-desktop login:

after nvidia/nvidia i see

What should I do next? Which instructions should I read?

After a few minutes, the fan begins to rotate quickly. I wanted to turn it off by pressing a button but it doesn’t work.
I also try to enter the shutdown in the console but get message:
Failed to set wall message, ignoring: Interactive authentication required.
Failed to call ScheduleShutdown in logind, no action will be taken: Interactive authentication required.

Why does Orin heat up so quickly, since he is not loaded with any tasks? The fan is very noisy.

I connected the monitor via HDMI and everything works.
Can I connect remote desktop via USB Type-C? Where can I read about this?

Did you ever flash the board or you didn’t flash it and just boot it directlY/

No, I didn’t flash, I just turned it on and am trying to figure out what to do next. I want to set up a remote monitor via USB and understand why the fan is so noisy

Please try to reflash the board with another x86 ubuntu PC. That is the real getting start thing you should do in the first time.

Are there instructions on how to do this?
I don’t have another Ubuntu PС, can I flash it using Windows PС or VirtualBox?

I read

there’s nothing about reflashing.
In Step 2 - Install JetPack Components, as I understand it, JetPack is installed directly on Jetson Orin?
Then I won’t need another Ubuntu computer.
