Hello, We have some code at startup that checks the USB ports for an Arduino. However that code is running into an error. In an effort to debug/troubleshoot the jetson we are running into an issue where the jetson does not recognize the mouse or the keyboard, no lights turn on on either device. Using a multimeter we can confirm that both ports are still outputting 5v through vcc and gnd. So the jetson is not communicating with anything. We believe the code is locking up the usb ports to only open communication. So my question is the following: how can we either, avoid the startup code, or create a bootable drive/access something similar to BIOS, without the use of a keyboard or mouse.
