TX2 Development Board Not Powering Up

Upon plugging in the provided power supply, only CR5 lights, and the module does not turn on.

The board was previously working, and it is only this morning that these problems arose.
Nothing different was done with hooking up the board, and it had been powered on continuously for some time, while our dev team ssh-d in to work on software. This morning, the module was off, and had only the single light(CR5) on.

If you use the supplied micro-B USB cable can your host see the Jetson in recovery mode? If recovery mode works, then it is a good bet that much of the hardware is good…if recovery mode fails, it is a good bet it needs RMA. This is the TX1 forum, TX2 lsusb differs slightly. Here are the commands:

# TX1:

# TX2:
lsusb -d 0955:7c18

The host cannot see the Jetson in recovery mode.

The failure under recovery mode (when power supply is good) is fairly strong evidence of actual hardware failure. RMA is probably indicated. RMA info near the top of this:
