Hello. I have a launch file of a mobile base which I did using ROS2 humble diff_drive_controller. I am wondering whether I can use this file to simulate the movement on isaac sim.

Yes you can simulate, but on Isaac Sim, you need to build on your simulated robot a controller, please follow the Isaac Sim documentation:
