Control a real robot via ROS on Windows?

Have installed Isaac Sim 2022.1.1 on my windows 10 computer. Demo simulations work fine.

Now I would like to move to control a robot arm (UR10) from the same computer on Windows. I am thinking of using the ROS bridge. I can install a ROS driver for the robot arm. I know I can do all of these on Ubuntu. That means I have to install Isaac Sim, ROS and robot driver on ubuntu.

Is it possible to control the real robot arm from a windows machine?

Thanks.

ROS2 Windows Beta support has been added with the latest release. You will have to check if the drivers exist on Windows with ROS2 for your robot. If all pre requisites are satisfied with Linux maybe give that a try first.
